(US Air Force Academy Graduate) Dom’s 7 years of experience as a leading Sales Executive for a national security provider; customer service expertise gained with Hewlett-Packard; and Defense Contractor training system quality assurance management and national security experience from the Air Force brings excellent depth to Trident’s security services expertise. Dom has 25 years of contract security guard services experience in Arizona.
John M. Earl – Principal Partner
(Northern Arizona University Graduate, MBA) John honorably served in the US Navy and after his service consulted with corporations on how to design and implement security and safety programs. He has developed extensive training programs that have enhanced companies’ security programs nationwide. John’s extensive military security experience combined with national consulting expertise helps to set Trident apart from other service providers. John has 21 years of consulting, overseeing in-house and contract security guard services experience in Arizona.
Robert E. Pennell – Principal Partner
(Michigan State University Graduate) Rob was a Vice President and successfully directed the Arizona operations for a $500M national contract security provider for 13 years and was named their Operations Manager of the Year in 2000. Rob’s Three Decades of experience providing security guard services is unmatched in Arizona. His extensive operational experience enables Trident to offer seamless service transitions while providing the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Kelly Pinebird – Associate Partner
(Arizona State University Graduate, MBA) Kelly has been managing Trident’s growing portfolio since 2005. With a dedication to customer service, sincere employee support and unmatched account responsiveness, Kelly leads Trident’s operations through a commitment to continuously improve. As a safety and security educator, he offers his time and knowledge for seminars and training forums across the Valley. Kelly proudly serves organizations such as: BOMA, NAIOP, IFMA, AAED, CAI, AACM, AMA.
Troy Blume – Vice President
Troy brings with him over 20 years of experience and knowledge in the Security/Retail Management Industry. Troy began his security career in 1994 when he was hired as a Public Safety Officer at Sherman Oaks Fashion Square in Southern California. Troy continued his education through training in the security field and quickly moved through positions of higher authority and increasing responsibility within his company. Ultimately Troy was responsible for the security operations of his company in multiple states throughout the South West region, even including Hawaii.
As Vice President with Trident, Troy is responsible for the full service security operations, consulting and other support services in digital technologies and administrative support at numerous shopping centers and client services covering the entire South West Region. With Troy’s dedication and hard work he continues to expand Trident’s retail vertical market.
Travis St. Denis – Vice President
Travis honorably served 10 years in the United States Marine Corps, receiving decorations for combat special operations. After transitioning to civilian life, Travis consulted for Fortune 100 companies on security policy review and implementation. During his consulting tenure, he used his specialized military background to develop a standard of reporting for Threat and Vulnerability Assessments within Arizona’s critical infrastructures. At Trident, Travis focuses on business development that he sees as an opportunity to create careers for people, and to work for a company that sees its employees as their greatest asset, not a bottom line.
