(US Air Force Academy Graduate) Dom’s 7 years of experience as a leading Sales Executive for a national security provider; customer service expertise gained with Hewlett-Packard; and Defense Contractor training system quality assurance management and national security experience from the Air Force brings excellent depth to Trident’s security services expertise. Dom has 20 years of contract security guard services experience in Arizona.

John M. Earl – Principal Partner

(Northern Arizona University Graduate, MBA) John honorably served in the US Navy and after his service consulted with corporations on how to design and implement security and safety programs. He has developed extensive training programs that have enhanced companies’ security programs nationwide. John’s extensive military security experience combined with national consulting expertise helps to set Trident apart from other service providers. John has 21 years of consulting, overseeing in-house and contract security guard services experience in Arizona.

Robert E. Pennell – Principal Partner

(Michigan State University Graduate) Rob was a vice president and successfully directed the Arizona operations for a $500M national contract security provider for 13 years and was named their Operations Manager of the Year in 2000. Rob’s 25 years of experience providing security guard services in Arizona is unmatched in Arizona. His extensive operational experience enables Trident to offer seamless service transitions while providing the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Kelly Pinebird – Executive Vice President

(Arizona State University Graduate, MBA) Kelly has been managing Trident’s growing portfolio since 2005. With a dedication to customer service, sincere employee support and unmatched account responsiveness, Kelly leads Trident’s operations through a commitment to continuously improve. As a safety and security educator, he offers his time and knowledge for seminars and training forums across the Valley. Kelly proudly serves organizations such as: BOMA, NAIOP, IFMA, AAED, CAI, AACM, AMA.

Lisa Kantarowski – Senior Vice President

(Emerson College Graduate, MA) Lisa has been hiring security officers for all account types in Arizona since 1995 starting with a national provider and has run Trident’s Human Resources Department since 2007. Her ability to successfully place employees in the demanding security service industry is unequalled in Arizona. She holds a Master’s Degree in Business and Organizational Communication and a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism.
